Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping:
At Defiant Solutions LLC, all shipments will be insured and require a direct signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.
Some items may have lead times, and it is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about lead times prior to placing an order.
Items ship within 5 business days of availability.
We will only ship to the customer’s verified billing address.
We do not ship outside of the United States or to PO boxes.
Cancellations:
All orders are non-cancellable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Defiant Solutions LLC at sales@defiantsolutionsllc.com with any questions prior to placing an order.
Customers must understand that lead times are estimates and may change due to factors outside of our control.
Returns:
It is the policy of Defiant Solutions LLC not to accept returns. In the event a return is approved, at the sole discretion of Defiant Solutions LLC, the following conditions apply:
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
RMA numbers may be requested by emailing sales@defiantsolutionsllc.com and must be included with any returned items.
RMAs are issued at the sole discretion of Defiant Solutions LLC, on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with our warranty policies.
Refunds:
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for returned items.
Products are covered under applicable warranty policies and may be repaired or replaced if eligible, but no refunds will be provided.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm all product details with Defiant Solutions LLC prior to placing an order.
Refused Shipments:
All sales are final. Refused shipments will not be considered a valid return under Defiant Solutions LLC’s return policy.
If a shipment is refused, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the order
