These terms cover your use of defiantsolutionsco.com, run by Defiant Solutions Co. By using the site, commenting or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

We are a group of long range shooters and hunters who test equipment and write up what we find. Our reviews are our own opinions, based on our own use. Your results may differ.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is professional, legal or safety advice. Firearms, ammunition, optics and hunting carry real risk.

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings for any product.
• Know and follow the laws where you live and hunt, including rules on firearms, suppressors, night vision, thermal optics and hunting methods. They vary by state and country.
• Ballistic data and load details we publish describe what we saw in our rifles. They are not recommendations. Confirm your own data and use published load data from the component makers.
• Follow safe firearm handling at all times.

How we get products and links

Some products are bought by us and some are provided by manufacturers. Each review says which. Manufacturers do not get to approve what we write.

Reviews link to other sites, including manufacturers and retailers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Some links to Amazon are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we receive a small commission from Amazon at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, Defiant Solutions Co earns from qualifying purchases. A commission does not change what we write about a product.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Keep your password and recovery codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Don't create accounts to impersonate someone else or to get around a suspension.
• We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing Sales@defiantsolutionsco.com.

Comments

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give us permission to display it on the site and to remove it.

Don't post anything that:

• is illegal, or encourages breaking the law;
• offers to buy, sell or transfer firearms, ammunition or regulated items;
• threatens, harasses or attacks people;
• shares someone's private information;
• is spam or advertising, or is posted by automated means;
• you don't have the right to share.

We can remove any comment at our discretion. Comments are the views of the people who wrote them, not ours.

Our content

The reviews, photos, videos and logo on this site belong to Defiant Solutions Co or the people who made them. You're welcome to link to and quote from our reviews with credit. Please don't republish whole reviews or our photos without asking.

Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning a product does not mean its maker endorses us.

Don't misuse the site

Don't try to break in, overload the site, scrape it in bulk, get around its security or rate limits, or interfere with other people's use of it.

No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided "as is". We work to be accurate but we don't promise that the content is complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be available.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Defiant Solutions Co and its contributors are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that results from using this site, relying on its content, or buying or using any product mentioned on it. You use the information here at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
